Headache Treatment

Several of the physiotherapists at Move have undertaken significant further training in the assessment and management of neck related headache.

From 2006 - 2010 we were in the unique position of working alongside internationally recognised and innovative physiotherapist Dean Watson, whilst we operated his clinic under a licence agreement, within Move's 3 locations.

Our approach to managing headaches at Move has now broadened from Dean's unique and successful manual stretching techniques (known as the Watson Method) to also include management of stress factors (through meditation) and muscle control deficits (with programmes developed through research at the University of Queensland).
